I am indeed very happy to joinDattopant Thengadi National Board for Workers Education and Development (erstwhile Central Board for Workers Education) as incelebrating its Diamond Jubilee in this year of 2018.
Since its inception in 1958, CBWE is playing a vital role in educating the workers at the grass root level. By imparting relevant education to the workers at the national, regional, village and unit level, CBWE could succeed in inculcating work ethic among the workers. Such education makes the workers enlightened about their rights and acts as a shield against their exploitation by all vested interests, and also makes them aware of their duties. It also enables them to adjust to the changing globalised world. In the liberalized economy of India many domestic and foreign firms are investing more which is creating additional jobs. The investors would be happy to recruit educated and enlightened workers.
